Legal Voice believes that law is an important tool of social change. But it is just that: a tool for activists. People do the real work to make social change happen. You have the power to make change—on your campus and beyond.

The groups below are student-founded and student-run. You can learn more from those organizations about how to get involved on your campus.

SAFER strengthens student-led movements to combat sexual and interpersonal violence in campus communities. 

 

Know Your IX is a survivor- and youth-led organization that aims to empower students to end sexual and dating violence in their schools.

​

Surviving in Numbers is a survivor-founded organization that shares the stories of survivors and provides trainings on sexual assault prevention to high schools, college campuses, and the military.

​

The following groups also use a variety of strategies to support sexual assault survivors, seek justice, and work to end sexual violence on college campuses.

EROC (End Rape on Campus) works to end campus sexual violence through direct support for survivors and their communities; prevention through education; and policy reform at the campus, local, state, and federal levels.

 

Victim Rights Law Center works to promote survivor safety by providing direct legal representation to survivors in Oregon and Massachusetts. It works to promote a national movement committed to seeking justice for every rape and sexual assault victim.
